Shipping Details

Shipping charges is calculated based on weight. Available shipping choices will be presented to you during checkout, based on your location. For further details of choices available for your location, please look further down this page.

Tip: You do not need to wait for the checkout screen for shipping calculations. Shipping estimate can also be viewed at your shopping cart, just enter your location and press "Update"

Shipping, handling and packaging charges are calculated based on actual weight (kg) or volumetric weight (kgs) whichever higher. The calculated weight and price is shown in your shopping cart and during the checkout process. Fuel surcharge, handling & GST charges are included in the quoted shipping charge. Shipping rate is NOT based on the courier company's published rates.

Shipping Terms

Orders received and verified paid via online banking or CDM/ATM cash deposit, Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 3-4 working days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday will be processed and shipped on the 3-4 next working days. No shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Currently we are operating 100% ONLINE. However, If you opted for walk-in pick up of your order at our showroom in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, it is preferred that you place order online and pay for your order before the pick up to reserve the item. Please email/contact us to arrange time of pick up. You can also whatspp/wechat us at 0164603226 to arrange appointment.

Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign your parcel. The courier might call your provided phone number. If your delivery address is at a public area (i.e: school, college, university or office) please take note of your parcel arrival date and make sure you received your parcel within the delivery time frame.
Once we have shipped, it is your responsibility to track your parcel. It might be advisable to contact your selected courier services if you ned to arrange your shipping schedule. We are happy to assist to track your parcel if you need help.
If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.

Shipping in Malaysia

Depending on your shipping address, a few choices will be made available to you during checkout. You can select according to your preferences and budget.  Currently these are your choices:
- PosLaju - Expedited delivery. Lower charges for small packages. 2-3 working days throughout Malaysia.
- KTMD - Budget expedited delivery. Lower charges for big packages. 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 5-7 working days for Sabah/Sarawak. Not available in Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Perhentian and other islands except Penang.

Free Shipping

Some selected items include free shipping. Valid for Peninsular Malaysia only. If you purchased other items together with the free shipping item, you will only have to pay the shipping charges for the other items. Free shipping items will be shipped using our selected courier services.

Shipping outside of Malaysia

We ship worldwide to selected countries only.  Currently this site only calculates shipping costs to Singapore and Brunei. We will quote shipping charges for other international customers via email. Contact us for a quote. Shipping for international customers (other than Singapore & Brunei) is via Pos Malaysia Postal Parcel Air Service or EMS only. Payment term for international customers is by PayPal only.
For Singapore customers, you can choose either KTMD, PosLaju (EMS) or Pos Malaysia Postal Parcel Air Service. For KTMD, shipping charges is inclusive of custom clearance whilst for PosLaju and Pos Malaysia, you are entitled to do custom clearance yourself if necessary.
For Brunei customers, you can choose either PosLaju (EMS) or Pos Malaysia Postal Parcel Air Service.  Both services have tracking facilities.
Delivery time frame to Singapore and Brunei using PosLaju (EMS) is 2 – 3 work days whilst Pos Malaysia Postal Air Service is 7-14 work days. Shipping using KTMD to Singapore will take 3-7 work days.
We CANNOT ship aerosols, flammable items, or items containing hazardous chemicals outside Malaysia. In addition, the sale of certain items may be restricted based on the country's customs regulations.

Importing laws and regulations varies in between countries. Because of these differences, shipping, handling charges, duties, custom clearance, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Delivery Standard (Air Mail)
- All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions (e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic.
- All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.

Payment should be completed within 3 days after placing an order. If you are unable to complete the payment, please inform us. If no payment is received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and reserves the right to sell the item to other interested buyer. Standard delivery time is 3 - 7 working days. (Subject to Delivery Area and Mode of Delivery). will inform the customer if there is any delay with the order and the reason of delay. All our orders are delivered via a courier service. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address, or someone will be able to pick up the package from the courier service. We reserved the right to charge for re-send of order if the package is returned by the courier due to failure of collection.


Goods sold are not refundable by cash. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt of your product. We will be happy to replace the item or issue store credit. Please notify us by replying to the order confirmation email or by contacting us and quoting the order numbers within 3 days of receipt of your package. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied.
