Shipping
For Malaysia,
all merchandises are shipped by courier or parcel services with tracking facilities.
Depending on your shipping address, a few choices will be made available to you
during checkout.
You can select according to your preferences and budget, as a rule of thumb Poslaju delivers to most parts of Malaysia. Currently there are 3 choices:
- PosLaju - Expedited delivery. Good choice for small packages. Expected delivery 1-3 working days.
- Pos Malaysia Parcel Service - Ordinary postal service. Cheaper rates at slower delivery times. Expected delivery 3-7 working days.
- AirPak Express - Expedited delivery. Lower charges for big packages. Expected delivery 1-3 working days.

Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight (kg) or volumetric weight (kgs) whichever higher. The calculated weight and price is shown during the checkout process. Fuel surcharge and packaging charges are included in the quoted shipping charge.

International Orders: Here at CatsnDogs.my, we are happy to ship the items worldwide but please be informed that the shipping cost varies. Currently this site only calculates shipping costs within Malaysia. We will quote shipping charges for international customers via email. Contact us for a quote. We cannot ship aerosols, flammable items, or items containing hazardous chemicals outside Malaysia. In addition, the sale of certain items may be restricted based on the country’s customs regulations. Shipping, handling charges and duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Payment should be completed within 3 days after placing an order. If you are unable to complete the payment, please inform us. If no payment is received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and CatsnDogs.my reserves the right to sell the item to other interested buyer. Standard delivery time is 3 - 7 working days. (Subject to Delivery Area and Mode of Delivery). CatsnDogs.my will inform the customer if there is any delay with the order and the reason of delay. All our orders are delivered via a courier service. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address, or someone will be able to pick up the package from the courier service. We reserved the right to charge for re-send of order if the package is returned by the courier due to failure of collection.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their
original condition within 15 days of receipt of your product. We will be happy
to replace the item or issue store credit. Please notify us by replying to the
order confirmation email or by contacting us and quoting the order numbers
within 3 days of receipt of your package. Any items returned dirty, washed, or
used will NOT be eligible for refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for
exchanged item(s) will be applied.
